Happy Friday, sweaty friends! We are sliding into the weekend, fueled by, you guessed it, a delicious smoothie (or four). There’s nothing easier than blending up a bunch of healthy ingredients into one delicious concoction.

In honor of the weekend, and healthy eating that feels like a treat, we rounded up some of our favorite smoothie recipes from the #sweatpink community. If you’re looking for smoothie inspo, why not try one of these delicious recipes?

To celebrate the start of the Amazing Grass and Fit Approach #feelamazingeveryday Insta Challenge and because we completed a super strenuous 6 miles on the trails on Sunday, I made myself a delicious brunch worthy smoothie. Filled with goodness and topped with cookies and granola, of course!

Happy Friday Blogger Friends! I am in serious disbelief that it is already the middle of July….that means Donovan is 2 months! It sure has been a blur! The days are busy juggling the two of them but we are making it work.
