I’ve always been a huge believer that overall fitness comes from a healthy diet and exercise. One of the things I love to recommend for my bootcampers to help kickstart their diets is drinking fresh, organic blends of fruits and veggies every morning following their workouts. Because let’s face it, we don’t all get the proper amount of fruits and veggies we need every day and blending them up makes it that much easier.
One of my very favorite blends is Strawberry, Radish & Cucumber:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cucumber
- 3 small radish
- 6 strawberries
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup ice
Place all ingredients in your Blendtec, choose juices / smoothies button and blend away!
